We are develop the Automation system for Coal Gasification Plant 5000 m3/hr. Scope of work on this project are begin from instruments sizing, detail engineering design (DED), SCADA & PAC programming, installation and commisioning. This plant owned by PT. Wahana Gemilang Indonesia and operated by PT. Enviro Energi Abadi – Kupang NTT. Below are several devices on the our automation system :

Telemetry of CPO Metering System – PT. Patiware (Pontianak)

We are develop the Telemetry system to send all process measurement using GPRS/GSM network. Automatically, our system could send SMS and daily report via eMail to server computer on Jakarta head office. Scope of work on this project are instruments sizing, SCADA & database programming, installation and commisioning. We are support main contractor PT. Karya Palmalindo Abadi and this system owned by PT. Patiware – Ganda Group Companies. Below are several devices on the our telemetry system :

Water Quality and Metering System – Perum Peruri (Karawang Timur)

We are develop SCADA system to monitor pH, turbidity, flowrate measurement on Water Treatment Plant (WTP) – Perum Peruri Karawang Timur. Below are several devices on the our SCADA system :

Water Metering System – PDAM Tirta Manggar (Balikpapan)

We are develop water metering system with logging data capability.  Scope of work on this project are instruments sizing, datalogger configuration, installation and commisioning. Our system recording all process measurement on *.csv file and could transfering to computer via USB flashdisk. Besides that, we have prepared our system for the future Telemetry system. Below are several devices on the our system :

Intake & Distribution Pump Station – PDAM Tirtamusi (Palembang)

We are develop electrical system using Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Schneider Electric to increasing the efficiency of electric energy usage. Our system could saving energy up to 30%. Scope of work on this project are detail engineering design (DED), installation and commisioning.

Booster Pump Station – PT. Pertamina (Depot Sampit)

We are develop PID control on Variable Speed Drive (VSD) to control fuel pressure on the pipeline of filling station. For maintenance purpose, we also combining VSD with STAR-DELTA control. Below are several devices on the our control system :

2009 Archives

Begin on November 2008 to August 2009, I am agree join to PT. Pratiwi Putri Sulung as Automation and Service Engineer. PT. Pratiwi Putri Sulung is the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company for oil & gas metering system.

Offtake Gas Metering System – PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Jakarta)

On this project, my jobs are designing the electrical drawing (panel layout, instrument arrangement, wiring diagram, cable route), configuring the flow computer and SCADA & PLC programming.  We are using redundant instruments, redundant flow computer  and 2-of-3 logic shutdown system. Below are several devices on the our automation system :

Gas Metering and Regulating at Offtake Station – PT Medco Energy (Palembang)

On this project, my jobs are configuring the flow computer, SCADA & PLC programming, installation and commisioning.  We are using redundant instruments, redundant flow computer and redundant SCADA. On this system, we are using gas chromatography analyzer and moisture analyzer to increasing accuracy of calculation by flow computer. Below are several devices on the our automation system :

Exhaust Gas Analyzer – Badan Diklat Metrologi (Bandung)

On this project, my jobs are configuring the exhaust gas analyzer, SCADA programming, installation and commisioning.  All communication between SCADA and analyzer are using Modbus ASCII/RS-485 protocol.

2008 Archives

Start on April 2008 till November 2008, I am join to PT. Sinar Inti Electrindo Raya as Project Engineer. This is my first job after I have graduated from Engineering Physics Department – Gadjah Mada University. Below are several project on Automation Division at PT. Sinar Inti Electrindo Raya :

Biodiesel Plant 50 TPD – PT. Primanusa Palma Energy (Jakarta)
